Frequent Visitor Passes
Disabled Frequent Visitor Pass holders are now able to bring a Carer with them for free. For our visitors to access this, they need to do the following:
1. Purchase the Disabled Visitor’s FVP, either in-house or online in the normal way.
2. Provide some of the following documentation to our admissions team:
- Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance award letter (dated within the last 12 months).
- Personal Independence Payment letter (dated within the last 12 months).
- A current and valid Blue Badge (or picture of, if the badge in with the vehicle).
- Letter from GP or consultant (dated within the last 12 months) confirming the need for a full-time carer. This does not need to be a letter of diagnosis.
3. Our admissions team will then produce a carer pass, with the name & photo of the individual requiring a carer on the card, free of charge. This allows us to ensure that the system isn’t abused.
4. They will need to produce both cards on their visit to the parks.
