I have a 4 year-old who hasn’t started school yet - when can we visit?

Our exclusive hire (Little VIP Package) gives you your very own party host, 90 minutes of private access to all of Robin's Nest, followed by an hour in Squirrels Café for food and celebrations.

Our cold food option includes a sandwich box with your choice of cheese, ham, or jam sandwich, along with yoghurt or fruit, crisps, and a Fruit Shoot. For hot food, we offer sausage and chips or chicken goujons and chips. Veggie options also available of course!

A non-exclusive party means you’ll be sharing the space with other guests, and you can expect around 90 minutes of soft play fun followed by an hour in Squirrels cafe.

Yes, they’re welcome to join in! Just please note that for non-exclusive parties, they’ll be taking part at your own discretion as the space is shared.

Of course! You’re welcome to bring your own cake, or you can order one of our homemade traybake cakes, complete with a candle and your child’s name iced on top.

We can host up to 45 guests.

All food is served in Squirrels Café.

To secure your party, we just ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Yes, no problem! Just let us know at least 7 days before your party if you need to increase or decrease the numbers.

The final balance is due one week before your visit.

We don’t currently offer party discounts for members, but you do get 10% off standard sessions.

We don’t provide party bags, but we do offer a digital invitation to make things a little easier.

Yes, absolutely! You’re welcome to decorate the space, we just ask that everything is taken down afterwards.

Each session lasts 90 minutes. We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your session starts to allow plenty of time for check-in.

Pre-schoolers are welcome to enjoy the full soft play area during weekday term time sessions. At weekends and during school holidays, children under 4 years old can enjoy our dedicated Hatchlings area.

Children aged 4-14 can book sessions throughout the day at weekends and during school holidays, in addition to term time weekday slots at 3:30pm - 5:00pm 

Hatchlings is our dedicated area for little ones aged 6-48 months. It is available at all times, offering a safe and fun space just for younger children.

For safety and to ensure the best experience for everyone, industry guidelines advise that children under 4 and over 4 should not mix in this area. Our Hatchlings area provides a safe, age-appropriate environment for younger children.

No, entry is free for adults and babies under 6 months, provided they are not using the play equipment.

Yes! Season ticket holders receive a 10% discount on standard sessions.

Robin's Nest is a separate attraction from the main adventure park, so admission isn’t included in a Robin Hill day ticket. You’re very welcome to visit the soft play on its own, as it has its own entrance and ticketing and open all year round.
