All our standard park entry tickets include up to 7 days’ free returns. Return visits are offered with our compliments for up to 7 days (up to and including the 7th day) from the date of first entry; subject to standard entry terms & conditions.
Special event tickets do not include 7-day returns as standard – please check event-specific information for full details.

If your tickets includes up to 7 days’ free returns, this will be clearly stated when you purchase tickets online. Please check the product description online when purchasing.
Free returns are often not included with event-specific tickets such as those tickets that are valid for single date or evening-only entry. If you’re unsure, check the event-specific information on the website, or get in touch with us via [email protected] or 01983 527352.
If you’ve purchased Robin Hill tickets, these will not be valid at our sister park, Blackgang Chine. If you’ve booked this tickets but would still like to visit Blackgang Chine too, just let one of our admissions team know when you visit us and they’ll be able to upgrade your tickets to ‘Joint Park’ for you – you’ll just pay the difference in cost.
However, if you’ve purchased a ‘Joint Park’ ticket, this will be valid for use at both Robin Hill and Blackgang Chine on your chosen dates.
A group saver ticket is a discount that we offer on standardpark tickets for guests booking in multiples of 4.
For every multiple of 4 tickets added to the cart, an automatic discount will be applied at checkout to ensure you’re getting the best possible value on your tickets.
The group saver price is also available on the gate, though we do advise all guests to book online as far in advance as they can to guarantee entry and get the best value.
Joint Park tickets are a standard admission ticket that is valid for entry at both Robin Hill and our sister park, Blackgang Chine.
Each individual within your group will require a joint park ticket if they wish to visit both parks.
Our up to 7 days’ free returns policy is valid on most joint park tickets. The 7 days will start from the date of the first visit, whether this is at Robin Hill or Blackgang Chine. Full details on the 7-day free returns can be found in our terms and conditions, here.
If you’re trying to book online for later in the year, it is likely that those tickets are not yet available for purchase. We will release tickets for the rest of the year as soon as we can, and advise keeping an eye on our social media for all the latest announcements. If you’re unsure, please send us an email via [email protected] and our team will aim to respond within 48 hours.
If your child is ages 0-3, they are welcome to enter the park free of charge and do not need a ticket. All children aged 4 and over will require a valid ticket or Frequent Visitor pass to enter the park.
This is the same for our sister park, Blackgang Chine.
All guests visiting the park who are residents on the Isle of Wight are recommended to purchase a ‘Frequent Visitor Pass’ to get unbeatable value for all park visits. These passes can be purchased either for Robin Hill only, or as a ‘Joint Park’ pass that includes access to our sister park, Blackgang Chine.
For those who would like to visit the park regularly, these passes are the best possible value – meaning you only need to visit a few times to see the value against standard admission tickets. There are no discounts offered on standard tickets for Isle of Wight residents.

Unfortunately, neither Robin Hill nor our sister park, Blackgang Chine, are able to accept Tesco Clubcard vouchers.
Currently, neither Robin Hill nor our sister park, Blackgang Chine, are able to offer an NHS or blue light discount.
If you’d like to get the best value on your tickets, we recommend booking online as far in advance as you can. We also offer a group saver discount for guests booking tickets in multiples of 4 – this saving is automatically added online at checkout.

If you want to get the best value tickets, we advise booking online as far in advance as you can. Booking online will also guarantee entry on your chosen date and can be done anytime ahead of your visit, even on the morning of the day you want to visit, subject to availability. Our 7-day returns policy applies to standard tickets purchased online.
