Frequent Visitor Passes

What is a Frequent Visitor Pass?

Frequent Visitor Passes are season passes that allow pass holders unlimited entry to the park during the main season and provide unbeatable value for those wishing to visit multiple times throughout the year. They are valid for use during the main season from February half term – October half term, subject to event specific terms and conditions and availability.
These passes can be purchased either for Robin Hill only, or as a ‘Joint Park’ pass that includes access to our sister park, Blackgang Chine.
For those who would like to visit the park regularly, these passes are the best possible value – meaning you only need to visit a few times to see the value against standard admission tickets. Find out more about Frequent Visitor Passes here.

What is a Joint Park Frequent Visitor Pass?

A Joint Park Frequent Visitor Pass is a season pass that is valid for use not only at Robin Hill but also our sister park, Blackgang Chine. Find out more about Frequent Visitor Passes here.

How long are the passes valid for?

Frequent Visitor Passes are valid for use during the main season, which here at Robin Hill covers from February half term – October half term, subject to standard opening dates, specific event terms and conditions and availability.
There may be certain event dates during the season for which entry with a Frequent Visitor Pass is not valid. This may include park entry during the event, or specific entertainment such as shows in the Woodland Amphitheatre that require booking. Please see specific event information for all the details.

Does everyone in my family need a pass?

All individuals aged 0-3yrs are welcome to enter the park free of charge and therefore do not require a Frequent Visitor Pass. All guests aged 4yrs and over will require a pass, or valid admission ticket, to enter the park.

Is it right that you offer free carer passes?

Yes! If you are an individual who requires carer(s), you’ll need to apply for an Access Card. This card or unique code that you will receive can then be used to validate an essential companion ticket by any individual to assist you during your visit to the park. The essential companion ticket will not be valid for entry on its own – it can only be used in conjunction with the Frequent Visitor Pass of the individual who requires carer(s). Find out more on our accessibility page.

Do I have to book online in advance?

We request and recommend that all guests, including Frequent Visitor Pass holders, book their visits online in advance. This is the only way to guarantee entry on your chosen date.

How do I change or cancel my booking?

With the new digital system that’s been introduced in 2022, all Frequent Visitor Pass holders will be able to edit and cancel their own bookings via a guest account. Full details on this can be found on our main FVP page.
