Discover the Orient...

After not being able to put on our usual Chinese New Year celebrations this February, we’re bringing you sights, sounds and flavours of the Orient this May half term instead!

From 29th May – 5th June, 10am – 10pm, the park will be adorned with Chinese lanterns and lighting installations alongside new displays and exciting entertainment.

Meet our new lifelike panda puppets in their very own sanctuary. Under the Chinese pagoda, overlooking the cascading bridge, our engaging keepers will introduce you to the bears, native to South Central China. You’ll have the chance to take a quick selfie and learn a few fun panda facts, too!

There may be a wait for this experience at busy times. A one-way access system will be in place and we request that all guests be respectful of others and keep their distance at all times.

Chinese Lions

Keep an eye out for our cheeky illuminated lions. They’ll be making a series of pop-up appearances throughout the evening, performing a few stunts and making plenty of mischief.

Live Music
