Frequent visitor passes have gone digital!
That’s right – for the 2022 season, our FVPs have switched over to a new digital system.
Not only does this mean more flexibility, convenience and benefits for our pass holders, but it’s also far more eco-friendly!
Our passes may be taking on a new format, but they work in exactly the same way. You’ll still need a pass for each individual in your group aged 4+; and you’ll still be able to enjoy unlimited visits to two of your favourite Isle of Wight attractions throughout the main 2022 season.
New system...same great experience!
You’ll still get nearly 200 days of fun throughout the 2022 park season.
Access to the park will extend from February – October on selected dates!
In addition, there’s the epic calendar of events that we know you all love, kicking off with Spirit of the Orient during February half term.
We're releasing 2022 passes in two phases...
Launched now, you can purchase your new 2022 digital FVPs online! As we’re moving to a new system next year, there’s no option to renew current passes, so you’ll need to purchase new ones and upload new images.
Soon, the system will be expanding to include personal accounts. This means you’ll be able to login to your own online portal to manage your account, make and change bookings, view exclusive offers and more! We’re working hard to bring you all new features to make your FVP experience even better!
Once that guest account is set up, we’ll also gift a credit to all members, redeemable against food & drink in-park during the 2022 season!
Single park passes will receive a £5 credit and joint park passes will receive a whopping £10!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS & T&CS
Purchasing your brand-new 2022 FVP is super simple! You’ll need to know the following details for each FVP holder:
– First name
– Last name
– Date of birth
– Passport-style photo (this can be taken on a phone – it just needs to be recognisably you! Please ensure you are the only person in the photo.)
Please also ensure that you use a valid email address that you can refer to for future communications. In order to access the phase 2 account functionality, you’ll need access to this email address.
All personal data is held securely by Vectis Ventures in alignment with our GDPR and privacy policies.
We’ve been listening to lots of feedback from our guests and FVP holders over the past few years and having this new digital system means we can give all our members much more flexibility. You’ll all be able to manage your own account, make and change bookings and access exclusive offers, too!
It’s also a much more eco-friendly option! We’re dedicated to cutting down on the amount of printed material we produce, and physical passes are a great way for you to help us achieve that goal!
Digital Frequent Visitor Passes are also more secure – you can’t lose them, and you can’t forget them!
Joining our Frequent Visitor Pass family grants you unlimited access to the park(s) for the whole of the main 2022 season. That includes access to a full calendar of epic events. You’ll also gain access to your very own FVP portal meaning you can manage your account, make and change bookings and access exclusive offers. All 2022 FVP holders will also be gifted credit once their account is set up that can be spent in-park on food and drink. Single park pass holders will receive a £5 credit in the New Year, and joint park pass holders will receive a £10 credit.
There’s currently no option to spread the payment of Frequent Visitor Passes. All passes much be purchased either online or in-park for the full amount.
If you’re looking to purchase joint park passes and would like to spread the cost, we recommend purchasing a Robin Hill pass first. This will give access to Spirit of the Orient during February half term. These passes can then be upgraded to Joint Park passes – you just pay the difference (£40) – in March when Blackgang Chine opens.
Absolutely! You’re welcome to purchase a single park FVP initially and then upgrade later in the year. To upgrade, you’ll simply pay the difference (£40). This upgrade will be able to be completed online once your account has been set up in the New Year.
All children aged 4 and over will need to hold a valid FVP. Children under the age of 4 are welcome to enter the park free of charge and therefore don’t require any pass.
FVP holders who require additional assistance are able to apply for a Carer Pass (or two if required) free of charge.
Applications for Carer Passes will be available in the New Year. For now, please go ahead and purchase the FVP for the individual who requires the carer(s).
Carer Passes are valid only when used in conjunction with a valid standard Pass and proof of eligibility will be required for a Carer Pass to be issued. Full details on how Carer Passes are applied within the new digital system will be released in phase 2.
Our 2022 passes are valid from the first park opening date (18th February for Robin Hill, March for Blackgang Chine), until the end of the main season (end of October half term).
Once inside the park, the only ride attraction that requires an additional charge is the Toboggan Run. This is due to the fact that the Toboggan Run cannot operate in poor weather, and therefore is not included in the entrance price.
All other rides and attractions are included!
Special events and featured entertainment throughout the season may incur additional booking fees. Specifically, but not limited to, some shows hosted in the Woodland Amphitheatre at Robin Hill, Woodland Sessions events (Robin Hill), POLAR (Robin Hill) and Terror Island (Blackgang Chine). Please see specific terms and conditions for each event.
Various food and drink options can be purchase at our outlets in-park.
FVPs are not transferable or interchangeable. They cannot be used to verify admission to the park by anyone other than the individual named and pictured on the FVP itself. Anyone attempting to enter the park with another individual’s pass will be refused entry and that FVP may be voided without refund.
Carer passes are the only exception. These passes can be transferred between carers, provided they are used in conjunction with the individual FVP to which they are linked.
We’re encouraging all our FVP holders to embrace the new digital system and help us achieve our goal of significantly reducing print.
However, if you really want a printed version, you’ll be able to print the downloadable PDF from your order confirmation email at home!
As a gift to all our FVP holders next year, we’ll be issuing a credit of £5 for single park pass holders and £10 for joint park pass holders to be redeemed in-park against food and drink.
This credit must be used within the 2022 season and further details will be provided in the New Year.
Additionally, on select promotional dates, both parks may offer exclusive discounts on food and drink packages for FVP holders.
Frequent Visitor Passes (FVPs) are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.
When purchasing your pass, you will need an up-to-date passport-style photograph. This is so we can identify you upon entry to the parks. If the photograph isn’t of a suitable likeness or not clear enough, we reserve the right to refuse entry.
A digital copy of all FVPs will be provided via email after purchase. These are valid for entry to the parks and are to be used in replace of a physical card from 2022 onwards.
You should ALWAYS bring your digital FVP when visiting the parks. Access to certain events may require passes to be shown upon entry, even if an online booking has been made. We cannot guarantee entry to the parks if you cannot provide proof of current FVP status.
FVPs guarantee standard entry to the parks when they’re open, for the year that they’re issued, unless clearly stated otherwise. The 2022 main season will run from 18th February – 30th October for Robin Hill, with exact opening dates and times to be confirmed.
Entry to special events or featured entertainment may be included free of charge with a FVP. This will be determined on an individual event basis – please refer to event-specific T&Cs for more details. Details of events and any special entertainment within the 2022 season will be released and communicated to all FVP holders as soon as possible.
No discounts are offered on FVP purchases within the parks.
Children under 4 years-old are not required to hold a FVP until they turn 4; at which point a pass or valid admission ticket will be required to access the parks.
The gifted food and drink credit will be applied to each digital account, per FVP holder once this account has been set up. The digital account system and guest portal will be released in phase 2 in the New Year.
Vectis Ventures (Blackgang Chine & Robin Hill) is entitled to use FVP holder’s details to contact them about service information, including, but not being limited to, information about changes to these Terms and Conditions, details on using the FVP and expiry and/or renewal reminders.
The Park Manager, MD, or their agents, may refuse admission or revoke FVPs at any time on the grounds of public safety or if other exceptional circumstances permit. Attempting to use a FVP that is not your own will result in the cancellation of the pass without refund.
Access to the parks is provided in accordance with our standard terms and conditions of entry.
The parks reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to vary the opening and closing dates of the parks, remove or cancel all or any part of the rides, events, attractions or facilities for any reason at any time. The full value or any part of the value of the FVP will not be refunded, nor will any compensation be payable if any of the rides or attractions become unavailable or if any part of the parks, rides and attractions are closed or removed.
